I bought myself a Mac and created my own website~ which was way beyond my abilities I thought!! www.omstretchyoga.com But it is coming along, and it did reach students who were seeking a local studio (i'm the only one in town!). So it was worth it..…
Although I'm not an instructor, I created this group so that yoga instructors and yoga studios can have a place to share tips & tricks, marketing strategies, provide advice to new instructors, discuss challenges, celebrate successes, etc.

Did you know that ananda sakti is one of the 5 energies of Shiva? There is:

iccha sakti (the energy of all-Will)
This is what we begin to experience when our consciousness starts to merge with cosmic Consciousness.
