- We are a multi-classed Yoga Studio offering Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Anusara Inspired Yoga, Family Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin / Yang Yoga, Beginners Yoga and are introducing this fall what we call our "Friday Night Affair" which is a series of 'unique' events occurring each Friday night between 8pm to 9:30pm (for example some Friday nights will be Funky Yoga and Acoustic Yoga (with a live guitar accompaniment). Our 1300 sq ft Yoga Studio area is all done in Bamboo Floors ,a brick wall with a bank of windows overlooking a creek, all reminiscent of a Manhattan Loft space. A resource library where you can read Yoga books / magazines and a private teaching studio are on the main floor. along with our 2,000 sq ft. Retail ActiveWear clothing and Yoga accessories store.
