- For me, Yoga has been a lifelong passion and indispensable tool for personal growth. I began practicing in 1991 at the age of 12 and have been in love ever since.
Since 2004 I have worked in the holistic health industry as a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist and Reiki Master and am now a certified Yoga Therapist.
