Andrea infuses her teaching with poetry; through each pose Andrea highlights the diversity of power and beauty that unveils itself each time you practice. Andrea invites her students to engage and deepen the process of revelation by turning open the infinite space of the heart. By mindfully working with the biomechanical principles of the body in the generous context of the breath, Andrea’s classes enable each student to press open the boundary of their experience and savor the essence one’s own gift of embodiment.
Andrea is currently working towards full Anusara Certification. Andrea holds tremendous gratitude in her heart for all her teachers John Friend, Zhenja La Rosa, Elena Brower, Douglas Brooks who continually provide the ever-expanding sphere of discovery, creativity and illumination.
