I like the ART OF YOGA. i understand that you are a fan of Yogacharya Tonmoy Shome. actually i am a friend of him. he is the one who introduced me to this site. I would like to know more about your vision and mission about YOGA ART.I am also a promotor of yoga, I teach yoga to those who come to me. you can see me and some of my students by visiting www.indoamericanyogainstitute.com

(kakasana, 2009)
keep up the balance. concentrate on your body and soul, this is what you really are. the more you limit the focus of yourself the less you can loose yourself. less is more when you work on yourself. with exercises you can improve this power in your center, it will strengthen your self-confidence, your courage, your concentration and your will power.
