Level 1: Introduction to Yoga Asanas. Learn basic standing, seated, twising, and inverted postures. No previous yoga experience necessary. Raw beginners start here.
Level 2: Refine basic postures and begin to learn more advanced postures. Inversions practiced in every class. Familiarity with Iyengar yoga is expected.
Level 3: Continue refinement of basic postures. More emphasis on backbends, inversions, and beginning arm balances. Must have Iyengar yoga experience and be familiar with props.
Prenatal: A class for pregnant women. Stretch, strengthen, reduce stress, and learn to breathe for labor. Classical postures are modified to protect the growth of mother and child. Contact Pauline.
Please wear shorts or tights, so your knees are visible. Mats and equipment provided.
